Can biocomposite based dinnerware be used in the microwave and dishwasher?
Both the dishwasher and the microwave can safely handle biocomposite dinnerware. All of our wheat straw tableware is 100% top-shelf dishwasher safe and can be used in the microwave for up to 75–90 seconds to reheat food.
Are biocomposite based kitchenware products safe to use?
Yes, biocomposte kitchenware is generally considered safe to use. It is a natural and recyclable material, and is 100% BPA and toxin FREE.
Do these products stain?
No, these products are tested for half a decade with stubborn staining food articles like pickle and turmeric, they wash away with ease and leave your products like new.
Are the products food contact safe?
Absolutely, our items designed for food contact are safe for that purpose. The products have been certified to meet safety standards in the US, Europe, and India.
Are the products safe for kids?
Absolutely safe for kids, and they will love th pastel colours!
Are they reusable products? How long can they last?
Our reusable dinnerware is made of biocomposite. Use, maintenance, and quality are some of the variables that might affect how long biocomposite dinnerware lasts. It can survive three to five years if handled and cared for properly.
Are the products unbreakable?
The products when used as intended and do not break. They also take a few drops just in case, so don't worry!
Are the products biodegradable?
Most of our products cannot be claimed to be biodegradable unless specifically mentioned, however all our products are completely recyclable at the end of their life and can be used to make new products again.
Where are the products manufactured?
The raw material is completely made by collecting agro waste from localised farmers at fair prices and the manufacturing takes place completely in Husk Panda's state of the art facility in Bangalore.
Where do these products stand when compared to melamine?

Our products are free from harmful chemicals. They exhibit significantly better heat stability than melamine items, making them safe for both microwave and dishwasher use. In contrast to melamine products, our products can be recycled or composted once they reach the end of their lifespan.

What makes up the product content?
Our products contain up-to 50% renewable resources such as bamboo, rice husk and coffee husk. The remaining material includes suitable binders and additives.
We do not use melamine, formaldehyde and other toxic chemicals.
